We collect the following information when you use SkinClinic24:

  • Quiz answers — Your responses to 10 skin-related questions (age range, skin type, concerns, budget, etc.).
  • Selfie photo — A single facial photo you upload for AI analysis.
  • Email address — Provided at checkout so we can deliver your report.
  • Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How We Use Your Selfie

Your selfie is used exclusively to generate your personalized skin analysis report. Here is exactly what happens:

  1. You upload a photo during the quiz.
  2. The photo is sent to our AI model (Anthropic Claude) for analysis.
  3. Once your report is generated, your photo is permanently deleted from our servers.

We never store your selfie long-term, share it with third parties, use it for AI model training, or display it anywhere.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Generate your personalized skin analysis report.
  • Send you your report and PDF via email.
  • Process your one-time payment through Stripe.
  • Improve our service (aggregated, anonymized analytics only).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI)— Skin analysis. Your quiz answers and selfie are sent to Claude’s API for analysis. Subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
  • Amazon Associates— Product recommendation links. Clicking a product link takes you to Amazon.com where Amazon’s privacy policy applies.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies required for the site to function (session management, payment flow). We may use analytics tools (Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

6. Data Retention

  • Selfie photos — Deleted immediately after report generation.
  • Quiz answers & reports — Retained for 90 days so you can access your report, then permanently deleted.
  • Email address — Retained until you request deletion.
  • Payment records — Retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications (we don’t send any).
