1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkinClinic24 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SkinClinic24 provides AI-powered skin analysis reports based on a 10-question quiz and a selfie photo. Reports include a skin type assessment, 12-signal analysis, personalized AM/PM skincare routines, product recommendations, and a downloadable PDF.

3. Not Medical Advice

SkinClinic24 is for cosmetic and educational purposes only.

  • Our reports are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, or a substitute for professional dermatological consultation.
  • We do not diagnose skin diseases, prescribe treatments, or provide medical opinions.
  • If you have a skin condition that concerns you, please consult a board-certified dermatologist.
  • AI analysis has inherent limitations and may not accurately assess all skin conditions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SkinClinic24. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • A one-time payment of $19 USD is required to generate your report.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect reports already purchased.
  • This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

7. Affiliate Links & Product Recommendations

Our reports include product recommendations with links to Amazon.com. These are affiliate links — as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

  • Product recommendations are generated by AI based on your skin profile.
  • We recommend products we believe are suitable, but we cannot guarantee results.
  • Always patch-test new products and check ingredient lists for known allergies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SkinClinic24 — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by SkinClinic24 and protected by intellectual property laws. Your generated report is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in the quiz.
  • Upload a clear, well-lit selfie of your own face for the best analysis results.
  • Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • Do not misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinClinic24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service ($19 USD).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be 100% accurate.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
